working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified
ER/Trauma RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21215! Job Opportunity –
Emergency Department RN – Maryland Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Baltimore, Maryland Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 4x12 hour shifts per week; weekend
coverage required (6 weekend shifts per contract); holiday coverage
as needed Highlights: Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive
emergency services including Cath Lab, Comprehensive Stroke Center,
and Open Heart Center Full-service emergency department with 73
beds, approximately 200 visits daily, serving all age groups from
neonates to geriatrics Patient ratio of 4:1 across all shifts with
48 hours of orientation Cerner EMR system; may float to 3rd floor
overflow unit as needed Comprehensive interdisciplinary support
including IV teams, rapid response, pharmacy, respiratory services,
and more Advanced specialty services on-site: PICU, pediatric
hospital, NICU, L&D, dialysis center, and behavioral health
Requirements: Active RN license in Maryland or Compact state (must
be active at time of submission) Minimum 2 years of RN experience
required 1 year of Level I or Level II trauma center experience
required Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
Triage experience required Experience with arterial line
management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, procedural
sedation, and blood product administration Proficiency in
neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, ortho
trauma, and stroke care Previous charge experience preferred;
Cerner charting experience preferred Flu vaccination required
