Description: This position involves working night shifts, typically
three or four 12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15. Weekend shifts
are required every other week and holidays as needed. Candidates
will undergo a clinical screening process to determine their fit
for the role. If successful, candidates will be reviewed by the
manager for the final decision. The unit primarily cares for
patients with respiratory issues, end-stage renal disease,
congestive heart failure, and stroke overflow. Additional patient
care may involve managing patients with alcohol withdrawal,
gastrointestinal bleeding, and sepsis. Floating to other units may
be required as needed. Candidates must be willing to care for
patients with COVID-19. The facility has specific requirements for
time off and does not allow requests for more than seven days.
Strong clinical skills are essential, including experience in
telemetry and managing various intravenous protocols. Additional
responsibilities include managing ventilated patients, performing
tracheostomy care, and administering blood products. Candidates
will work in a collaborative environment supported by
