Job Description:

for a dedicated and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to
provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing dialysis
treatments. In this vital role, you will be responsible for
monitoring patient conditions, managing dialysis treatments, and
ensuring the comfort and safety of patients with kidney disease.
This position requires strong technical skills, empathetic patient
care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress
environment. Assessing patient conditions prior to dialysis
treatment and monitoring throughout the procedure. Administering
medications during dialysis as prescribed by physicians. Operating,
cleaning, and sterilizing dialysis machines and equipment before
and after each use. Educating patients and their families on kidney
disease management and the dialysis process. Collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Documenting
treatment and patient response as per regulations and facility
policies. Proficiency in the operation of dialysis equipment.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to
respond appropriately to emergency situations. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to educate
patients and their families on treatment protocols Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in
nephrology nursing (CNN or CDN) is preferred.
