Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Labor &
Delivery Registered Nurse – Virginia Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every third weekend;
12 hours of call per 4-week schedule Highlights: 24-bed Maternal
Infant Unit with high birth volume LDRP setting with comprehensive
perinatal services including vaginal deliveries, C-sections,
antepartum, newborn, and post-partum care Labor nursing with 1:1
patient ratios; post-partum and nursery ratios of 5-6:1 GE fetal
monitoring equipment; EMR systems include Meditech and CPN
Supportive team environment with 71 staff members including
educators and dedicated leadership Navy blue scrubs dress code with
specialized infant security protocols Requirements: Minimum 2 years
of labor and delivery nursing experience required Current BLS,
ACLS, and NRP certifications AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
Active RN license in Virginia or ability to obtain Preferred: 2
years of labor experience in a high-volume LDRP setting Why It's a
