ChenMed is seeking a dedicated Associate Center Clinical Director to join our innovative team focused on improving the lives of seniors with complex health issues. This leadership role is pivotal in driving clinical excellence and ensuring high-quality health outcomes at our centers. The successful candidate will oversee the daily clinical operations, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while fostering a collaborative environment that promotes patient-centered care. Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. Develop and implement clinical practices following current medical protocols and regulatory guidelines. Ensure the provision of exceptional patient care and monitor patient health outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff. Prepare reports and other performance data to analyze trends and inform strategic planning. Contribute to budgeting and clinic financial activities. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in managing multidisciplinary health teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices. Ability to manage and operate healthcare facilities efficiently.
