Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve! $90k - $110k annually, depending on experience Special bonus for Spanish Bi-lingual Candidates Responsibilities for the Speech-Language Pathology Director Include: Provide leadership and supervision to a team of speech-language pathologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies Oversee programmatic evaluation and data analysis, using outcomes data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain current reporting, documentation, scheduling, and billing processes in compliance with professional standards, state regulations, and organizational requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' communication goals and objectives Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to clients as needed Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team members Interested candidates should include a COVER LETTER with their resume that includes the subject line 'Director Speech-Language Pathology Application.'
