Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (Sports/Ortho) — Mentorship Track (New Grads Welcome) AID Performance Physical Therapy | Ashburn, VA Salary: $76,000–$100,000 bonus potential | Full-time AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist for our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA. This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who wants strong mentorship, excellent training, and a supportive culture focused on high-quality patient care.
