An ideal candidate will have: Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team Strong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy expertise Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility) Powered by JazzHR vnDbwoxKws
