Manage and supervise the nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to implement patient care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff Monitor patient care for quality assurance Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews Help in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical skills and nursing protocols Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
