Job Description:
Join Encompass Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), where you will play a crucial role

states. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to

Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse,
with a focus on patient assessment, monitoring, and treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor
responses. Assist with the development and implementation of
patient care plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of
desired patient outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients and
their families, offering emotional and psychological support.
Maintain patient confidentiality and document care services
provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle
high stress situations and make decisions under pressure.
Proficient in standard medical and healthcare software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active LPN or LVN
license in the state of employment. CPR certified.
