Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nurse Navigator -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours
per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Nurse
Navigator - Radiation Medicine - RN MUST HAVE DC LICENSE in Hand to
submit RN with experience, would be nice if they have nurse
navigator or nurse coordinator experience. Oncology a plus. Skills
Required : Care and management of ports, Central Line/Implanted
Line Care, Starting IVs, Acute Tumor Lysis, Syndrome (ATLS),
Anaphylaxis, Extravasation injury, Hemorrhage, Sepsis, Spinal Cord
Compression, Neutropenic precautions, Tracheostomy care/management,
External Radiation therapy (Teletherapy), Radiation safety
precautions, Wound Care, Altered mental status,
Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting,
