Job Description:

dedicated team in the Critical Care Unit. This role offers the

dedication. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
critically ill patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor patient condition, administer
medications, and update health records accurately and
comprehensively. Respond to emergencies with appropriate
interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare
teams to formulate care plans. Educate patients and their families
on treatment plans and health maintenance. Adhere to hospital
safety standards and protocols to maximize patient safety and care
quality. Proficient in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
Expertise in patient assessment and critical care nursing protocols
Ability to operate critical care equipment such as ventilators and
patient monitoring systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in applicable state Certification in Critical Care Nursing
(CCRN) preferred
