Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Cardiovascular ICU to join our team, providing unparalleled care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular intensive care unit. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, specialized care to patients with severe cardiac conditions, ensuring all medical protocols are administered compassionately and competently in our dynamic hospital settings. As part of HCA Healthcare, you will work within one of the largest and most respected networks in the country, equipped with cutting-edge medical technology and supported by a team of esteemed healthcare professionals. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular issues Monitor patient condition, respond to medical emergencies, and deliver interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized care plans Educate patients and families on disease management and recovery processes Maintain detailed patient records and administer medications accurately Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators and defibrillators Strong clinical skills in a cardiovascular intensive care setting Proficient in using advanced ICU technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
