HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Main Medical to join our committed team in providing excellent patient care at one of our key facilities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. As an RN Main Medical, you'll manage patient care in a dynamic team environment, supporting our goal to lead the healthcare industry in innovation and compassion. This role requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on post-hospital care Maintain patient health records and report any pertinent changes or concerns to the supervising physician Participate in the development of nursing care standards and sustain a safe work and patient care environment Stay current with advancements in the field and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed Strong patient management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Profound knowledge of emergency care and intensive care practices Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Technical skills including familiarity with electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
