Job Description Join Our Team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician
and Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a dedicated
and skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide exceptional
care within a rural community setting. This full-time position
offers an exciting opportunity to serve adult patients with diverse
hematologic and oncologic needs, contributing to a comprehensive
care team that values quality, collaboration, and community impact.

hear from you. Required Skills: - Board-certified or board-eligible
in Hematology and Oncology - Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical
experience - Valid DEA license - Ability to perform or oversee
procedures such as bone marrow biopsies - Strong knowledge of
cancer treatment protocols and hematologic disorders - Excellent
communication and team collaboration skills - Proficiency with EPIC
EMR system Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with rural or
community-based oncology practices - Familiarity with tumor boards
and multidisciplinary case discussions - Ability to coordinate with
radiation oncology teams - Competence in managing outpatient adult
oncology and hematology patients Preferred Education and
Experience: - Medical degree (MD or DO) - Board certification in
Hematology/Oncology - Relevant experience in outpatient clinic
settings - Experience with working in a multidisciplinary team
environment Other Requirements: - Licensure in the state or ability
to consider IMLC licensing - Participation in tumor boards and
ongoing medical education - Flexibility for a schedule that
includes scheduled clinic hours, rounding, and weekend/on-call
coverage - Ability to commit to an ongoing engagement minimum of 6
months This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of
$480.39, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical
benefits (W-2), supportive team structure including APPs and
on-site pharmacists, as well as access to a full-service infusion
center and affiliation with WellSpan tumor boards. Additional
benefits include licensure and certification reimbursement, travel
