As a Help Desk/Support Specialist supporting the customer, you will be trusted to provide both critical support in addressing complicated IT-related issues and exceptional customer service. In this role a typical day will include:Collaborating with a dynamic team of highly talented IT professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complicated IT-related issues through advanced troubleshooting, and expanding one---s technical expertise to accommodate the rapid development and enhancement of new and existing technologies.Collaborating with teammates and government customers to identify process improvements.Working independently to, specifically, troubleshoot the gamut of issues users experience with Apple products in a training environment.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSTechnical skills: Troubleshooting Apple Products, and basic understanding of Cisco products.Security clearance level: Top Secret/SCI with PolygraphPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of McAfee, Microsoft Server 2016-Hyper-VWHAT GDIT CAN OFFER YOUAlignment to a mission-critical role that directly impacts the customer---s ability to effectively prosecute its mission.Direct engagement with contractor leadership that centers upon career development/mobility, enhanced performance evaluation, and corporate information sharing & networking opportunities.Placement on a dynamic team of talented professionals that organically fosters an environment of innovation, collaboration, and trust.EducationBachelor---s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.Qualifications10+ years of related technical experience.
