team. What you will be doing:Working with seasoned Account
Executives with an existing portfolio of customers, business and
relationshipsUtilizing Gridiron's existing infrastructure to source
and search for qualified candidates including Gridiron's ATSBuild
candidate pipelinesCollaborate with other recruiters to define best
practicesThe rewarding feeling of finding people jobsMastering your
craft every day and be mentored and have the opportunity to mentor
others Qualifications: Previous recruiting experienceExperience
recruiting both commercial and federal related contractsNeed to be
self-motivating and drivenLoving what you do, we recruit and find
people jobs and are pretty good at it too
