Position Summary: Revature is seeking a -dedicated and experienced---Campus Recruiter to recruit---prospective technology talent---from---a specified region that includes---a---range---of---prominent---colleges and universities, tech training -bootcamps, non-governmental training organization, and workforce development---partners.

Successfully---design and -execute---a---tailored---campus recruitment---and marketing---plan---to achieve---individual---and collective -regional
Train and supervise -a team of regional recruiters to -achieve regional goals.
Lead -the---continuous improvement---and execution of the campus recruiting strategy; identify---creative approaches to campus
Source, qualify and initiate recruitment of---qualified college graduates to join training and hiring programs through various forms of communication, including---face to face,---phone, email, social media, webinars, and SMS
Work with a team to plan and execute campus recruitment events---and information
Demonstrate a high level of---Revature---product/program knowledge and represent---Revature---offerings accurately with a special emphasis on program
Serve as a "Brand---Ambassador" for---Revature---in all regional and university engagements and represent---Revature---in a professional and positive
Build strong and trusting relationships---with---partners and prospective---hires---by conducting constructive, engaging, motivating, and informative conversations and
Maintain tracking of correspondence and necessary information related to communications with candidates into the contact management system (e.g.---com)
Utilize---multiple software tools,---including but not limited to, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other required tools provided by campus' career centers---(e.g.---Handshake,---Symplicity).
Assess, forecast,---and report on student likelihood to join and succeed; provide reports on outcomes and tracking to
Work closely with Campus Ambassadors to engage university communities to expand the reach and effectiveness of the---Revature---brand and recruitment plan; build and develop effective referral
Other duties as

Bachelor's degree
Three to five---(3-5) years minimum prior work experience in campus recruiting/hiring---or---higher-education---partnership
Ability to travel within -an assigned -region to campuses,---hiring events,---information sessions---and other company functions---approximately---50% of the
Ability to work independently,---meet deadlines and---handle and prioritize simultaneous
Self-starter who advocates for -their -own -needs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence, both in large groups and 1-on-1; ability to work successfully with a team---and
Excellent computer skills, with an ability to utilize an applicant tracking system, contact management software---and mobile applications,---and to create documents, presentations, and analyses where
Experience with prospecting---and---generating leads via phone or face-to-face interactions
