As a Corporate Recruiter at NVR, you will work alongside senior
leaders and the Corporate HR Business Partner to understand
business needs and manage the recruiting process. Working from our
Reston headquarters, you'll be responsible for full lifecycle
recruitment across verticals including IT, Accounting & Finance,
Customer Care, and more. You'll make an impact by evaluating and
presenting qualified candidates, monitoring recruitment market
trends, and helping to devise strategies to attract top talent.
What you'll do:
Strategically source high quality candidates to ensure strong
pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate talent and make
recommendations to Hiring Managers
Partner with HR Business Partner and internal leaders to understand
hiring needs and inform go to market strategy
Manage ATS (Taleo TBE) to ensure accurate and up to date candidate
data is maintained throughout the recruitment process
Work with external staffing agencies in order to support highly
technical hiring needs
Support and guide candidates through the offer, background and
onboarding processes prior to their first day
Skills and experience that will drive your success:
2+ years working in recruiting, agency experience a plus
Strong persuasive communication and problem solving skills
Ability to project manage and prioritize in fast paced
Experience sourcing passive candidates
Bachelor's degree preferred
