SAP ERP TrainerJob Category: TrainingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NACIEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: NoneType of Travel: NoneCACI is looking for a technical trainer with 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree to perform instructional design tasks and instructor led classroom training for a federal civilian agency with an SAP ERP system.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical and end-user training
• Utilize uPerform to create and edit documents and courses
• Develop and refine Computer Based Training (CBT) modules
• Develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training material to support training
• Assist SMEs in the development and delivery of training webinars, briefings, and question and answer sessions
• Seed/load and test training dataRequired Skills:
  • Ability to develop Computer Based Training modules
  • SAP Instructor Led Training (ILT) design and delivery experience including creating and maintaining Work Step Instructions and simulations.
  • uPerform author experience
  • uPerform administrator experience
  • ADDIE Instructional Design methodology experience
  • Ability to develop quick reference guides and PowerPoint training materials
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects
  • NACI clearance must be obtainable
  • Bachelors degree
  • 6+ year of training experience
  • Experience in SAP Core Financials and Property, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales and Distribution
  • Strong facilitation/oral presentation skills
  • Ability to travel on occasion
  • Ability to provide complex systems training in a classroom setting
  • Experience delivering instructor led training in a remote fashion using Teams or other eLearning tools
  • Ability to break down functional content and teach to different learning stylesDesired Skills:
    • Experience with SAP public sector training
    • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
