The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with significant growth; employing only the most effective HR processes that will enable the organization to innovate and grow.As an HR Generalist, your focus will be on human resources, employee relations, recruiting and talent initiatives. Your resourceful approach to problem solving, detailed attention to projects, and strong organizational skills will serve you well as you gain a wide range of Human Resources experience. This role is for someone who enjoys wearing different hats and wants to continue to build upon their HR experience at a strong company in growth mode.What you will do:

• Provide operational support to the Head of Human Resources
• Assist with high-volume recruiting needs, conducting phone screens and behavioral interviews as needed
• Conduct exit interviews, compile and analyze data for trends and recommend actions
• Analyze hiring and attrition data for trends, and recommend solutions
• Organize and attend professional/campus job fairs as needed
• Work with Head of HR on a range of human resource tasks, including but not limited to employee relations, compliance, and company policy interpretations
• Special assignments, projects and various administrative duties as assignedQualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources experience, performing a broad range of duties including recruiting/interviewing, employee relations, compliance, data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential information
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization using interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
  • Ability and willingness to travel (5 - 10%)
