AnnuallyPosition Overview - Geneva Management is seeking a
full-time, experienced Corporate Process Trainer to join our
Training Department.Job Duties:Conduct employee training using a
variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including
classroom-based learning, one-on-one training and virtual
learning.Design quality visual aid support for training sessions
using Google Slides and other digital platforms.Provide leadership,
motivation and mentoring for all assigned training
communication.Develop best practices for training that follow a
carefully outlined process.Conduct ongoing audits to assess each
stores' use of best practices.Measure and monitor KPIs (Key
Performance Indicators), to assess the level of compliance with
processes for each store.Continuously conduct needs assessments to
ensure accurate and effective training content.Conduct Training in
our Corporate training classroom, as well as dealership locations
within Northern Virginia (All VA Locations within approx. 20 Miles
from HQ).Occasional travel to other East Coast based locations may
be required in the future.Stay up-to-date with training industry
developments and trends.Manage administrative duties for training
sessions, including scheduling and documentation.Proactively
communicate with team members to efficiently achieve the Training
Department's goals.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of
documented experience in developing and delivering training content
to large groups in a professional environment.Exceptional written,
oral and presentation skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal
and relationship building skills.Experience in the automotive
industry is not required, but at least 3-years of working as a
trainer or training related position is highly desired.Proven
ability to absorb and apply new information quickly and
effectively.Excellent organizational and time management skills,
with the ability to prioritize work and multitask as
necessary.Ability to quickly and effectively modify training
content based on feedback.Strong ability to work independently as a
self starter, but also contribute as a team player in the Training
Department.Contribute to other trainings and projects in the
Training Department on an as needed basis.Thorough knowledge of
computer applications, including Google suite.Must have a valid
Driver's License.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not
required.Ability to travel within the Northern Virginia area with
