We’re looking for skilled Material Handlers to support operations in a clean, climate?controlled distribution facility. If you enjoy hands?on work, operating equipment, and being part of a high?energy team, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do As a Material Handler, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by preparing materials for shipping and receiving while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Operating sit-down & stand-up forklifts , reach trucks , and cherry pickers Storing, receiving, and transporting products at various heights Using computers, handheld scanners, tape guns, measuring tools, and pallet jacks Accurately following all SOPs for materials, equipment, and packaged goods Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for up to 12 hours What You Bring Experience with sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers Strong material-handling or warehouse experience Comfort with computers, handheld scanners, and related tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods Bonus: Experience with Excel, MS Word, Oracle, inventory counting, or cycle counting Why You’ll Love Working Here ? Must be comfortable working at heights. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
