Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Qualifications: Minimum 7 years
of experience providing clinical services, with at least 3 years in
a supervisory or leadership role. Demonstrated experience working
with adolescents in a residential or acute care setting. Strong
knowledge of traumainformed care, evidencebased practices, and
adolescent development. Strong leadership and team management
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related
field preferred Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or
related field required. Current and active clinical licensure
(e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of
