start. Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Organizational
Effectiveness Talent Consultant – Level 4 to join the Space sector
Human Resources Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team. This
individual will leverage their broad talent-management and
development experience to assess the organization’s evolving talent
needs and, in partnership with Human Resources (HR) and senior
leadership, enhance the effectiveness of our leaders and team. This
position reports to the Senior Manager, Organizational
Effectiveness for the Space sector, and is located in our McLean VA
facility. In this job, you will: Design and facilitate leadership
and team engagements, training, and other learning experiences,
virtually and face-to-face. Lead culture and organization change
efforts to improve performance and employee experience. Develop,
and execute on sector talent strategy and priorities, acting as a
liaison between sector, HR Business Partners, and client
organizations. Assess organizational challenges in partnership with
HR and design and implement comprehensive solutions to enhance
performance. Consult with sector HR team to assess potential and
identify high-potential talent across all levels of the
organization and manage development plans to accelerate readiness
and guide transitions. Other duties as assigned. If this job

consider joining our team! Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
with 8 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
or a related field – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant
professional experience in Human Resources or a related field. Will
consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Experience leading talent management programs and processes to
prepare talent in alignment with business strategy. Experience
collaborating with HR and senior leaders using a data-driven
approach to assess talent needs and facilitate succession planning
and transition planning to support business continuity.
Demonstrated ability to lead end?to?end organizational
interventions (assessment to implementation) and large?scale change
initiatives that align with the company’s business strategy. Strong
business acumen with a focus on how to use Organizational
Development (OD) processes and tools to accelerate business
results. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/clients
simultaneously, mitigate and escalate risk, adapt to shifting
priorities, and navigate ambiguous situations. Experience creating
and delivering professional presentations—both virtual and
in?person—leveraging excellent facilitation and presentation skills
to meet engagement objectives and audience needs. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
SharePoint). No clearance required to start. Preferred
Qualifications: Prior experience in Human Resources, Organization
Effectiveness or Talent Management roles. Prior experience as an
internal or external consultant in a complex, matrixed
organization. Prior experience with and/or certifications in common
assessments and models related to organization development and
leadership and team effectiveness. Experience working with highly
skilled technical talent and/or early career talent. Certificate in
coaching or certified executive coach. You'll be a great fit if

manage stakeholders at all levels. Have a demonstrated aptitude for
learning. Possess solid consulting skills with the ability to scope
problems, recommend practical solutions, gain client buy-in, and

Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary
range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman
considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers
such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the
candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
