Pragmatics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our fun and collaborative team. If you are ready to take the next step in your recruiting career, then bring you "A" game to Pragmatics, Inc. We are targeting a creative, energetic and professional Lead Recruiter that will focus on sourcing and screening technical and non-technical candidates for both current opportunities as well as for building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards. Job Description Provide sourcing, research, and marketing expertise in order to deliver high quality candidates for our customers. Fill senior -level positions in program management and IT Fields Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of candidates through on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and position specifications to get prospective candidates excited about the opportunity. Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs (if any), basic qualifications, and technical expertise. Participate in meetings with colleagues and with senior management to prioritize sourcing efforts based on priority levels across all open positions. Use ICIMS or other Application tracking system to track and add in potential candidates created by skill set. Assist other recruiters in filling job requirements as needed, based on workload. Qualifications Successful candidates will be able to multi-task use time management skills to operate well in a deadline oriented environment with attention to detail demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency demonstrate an interest in learning our thriving business. Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as organizational time management, and customer service skills. Proficient with PC's, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and other related software. Proven track record of working independently with ability to ask questions and to engage colleagues. Proven research skills for sourcing of candidates 10 years of experience in creative and current recruiting methods 10 years of experience in recruiting or human resources functions Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to perform complex functions, establish priorities, and resolve issues independently Some travel required to meet customers and hiring managers Desired Skills IT recruiting experience highly desired. Previous experience in HR a plus Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10 years related experience Pragmatics is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer .
