Device & Supply Chain is an enterprise function accountable for the end-to-end life cycle of T-Mobile's consumer-facing hardware portfolio (phones, chipsets, accessories, IoT), device services portfolio (insurance, warranty, trade-ins, and financing), and supply chain operations (distribution centers, logistics, inventory, etc.). The Data Infrastructure Team is responsible for requesting, prescribing, and delivering data solutions that enable business users to analyze, report, and create insights from data to improve T-Mobile revenue, cost and customer satisfaction. We are experts in products, processes, systems, and data sources in order to steward data and Business Intelligence solutions. Our results enable business teams and leadership in their operational, tactical, and strategic decision making. At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. * 4+ years relevant experience in a business systems analysis role as part of end-to-end project delivery. * 4+ years relevant experience in supply chain domain (forward and/or reverse logistics) and device products (insurance and financing). * 4+ years relevant experience using SQL. * Experience in eliciting and defining reporting and analytics requirements. * 4+ years relevant experience in technical area including information technology, computer programming, technology consulting. * Experience in evaluating technical solution proposals to ensure suitability, and alignment with favored and/or existing reporting methods and procedures. * Ability to lead and influence teams across internal functions and external partners. * Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form, with supporting details. * Strong ability to profile, investigate, and sleuth data across diverse technology platforms to identify issues to be corrected and support assertions. * CCBA or CBAP certifications highly desired. * Okay. We invite you to apply today! * Lead requirement and design discussions to distill the business needs into business requirements and functional specifications which enable reporting and analytics for new business initiatives and KPIs. * Lead design and solution review sessions, while leveraging strong problem solving and innovative thinking skills, in order to evaluate and refine data infrastructure solutions, and gauge their feasibility, reusability across different user groups, and flexibility for future scaling and enhancements. * Manage and execute tasks to accomplish User Acceptance Testing and Business Validation to ensure high levels of data availability and quality. * Troubleshoot issues and identify or deploy workarounds for defects or new needs identified but not yet mitigated by Enterprise IT. * Create and distribute release notes and communications, to educate the business customers on new product constructs and data sources and, enable them to better perform their analytics and reporting activities.
