Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. This sub family also interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare Project plans for US Aviation service projects that are not governed under the deployment teams activities
• Leads projects within the US aviation team that do not fall under or are managed by the deployment team
• Takes part in efficiency improvement efforts with the service team
• Seeks out and coordinates with vendors for service activities typically at Airports within the US
• Submit Test Readiness Notifications for service activities involving third party testing
• Prepare and submit purchase orders in ERP system for project materials & Ancillary equipment
• Work closely with regional operations managers and area managers with onboarding of new employees within the department
• Update CRM system with configuration changes
• Maintain US Aviation Services team filing system and data
• Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Other Administrative / service duties as requiredBasic Qualifications
  • Project coordination experience preferred
  • MS Office proficient
  • Must be able to obtain TSA eQIP certification
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of prior relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Hold Baggage installation projects
    • Salesforce CRM
