Job Description
As a valued contributor to our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise on ARIS configuration, provide training, and offer user support for our user community.

Responsibilities
The Enterprise Process Repository ARIS Technical Lead/Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities

  • Business Process Management and ARIS expertis
  • Bring your knowledge of industry best practices to the team
  • Conduct training sessions for ARIS users
  • Promote and implement software design best practices and mentor users
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies
  • Manage Enterprise Process Repository in ARIS
  • Process Documentation Standards implementation
  • Enterprise Process Taxonomy management
  • ARIS technical expertise-ARIS Connect, Architect, Aware and configuration
  • Business Process Management methodologies and standards: APQC's Process Classification Framework
  • Ability to share BPM knowledge of industry best practices to the team.
  • Conduct training sessions for ARIS users.
  • Promote and implement software design best practices and mentor users.
  • Work closely with ARIS platform support team on business requirements
  • ARIS APG
  • Semantic check and quality assurance
    Qualifications
    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
    Minimum Required Experiences
    • At least 6 years of relevant experience
    • Experience conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning ARIS BPM platform
    • At least 6 years of experience with BPM
    • ARIS modeling experience.
    • ARIS Configuration expertise.
    • Knowledge of industry best practice standards like BPMN & EPC.
    • Extensive experience in ARIS user support
      Desired Experiences
      • Excellent Communication skills
      • Experience developing training materials
      • Experience conducting training sessions for ARIS users
      • ARIS Configuration
      • Proven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
      • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, combined with intellectual curiosity, and a desire and ability to "get things done"
