provide overall direction with technology products and processes;
assessing enterprise functional needs and implementing technology
solutions to support; defining strategic outlook; planning,
directing, or coordinating operational activities of the unit with
the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.THE IMPACT
YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Network Architect Manager role
will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while
working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the
following responsibilities
- Manage team member workloads as they determine the functional
technology needs impacting the success of portions of products or
initiatives
- Coordinate the development, formulation, and implementation of
new technology.
- Manage and coordinates resources to support portions of
projects and new initiatives.
- Implement best practices and guidelines for existing or new
technologies.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE
TEAMMinimum Required Experiences
- 6 years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience with the development of network architectureDesired
Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging
stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship
networks, contracting, etc.
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the
purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making
- Communication skills including communicating in writing or
verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication,
etc.
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to
ensure successful project completion
- Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing
- Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or
other technology-enabled automation
- Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading
teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and
mentoring
- Experience working in Agile model--participating in daily
standups, biweekly sprint planning
- Working with people with different functional expertise
respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- People management experience, preferably in networking
arena
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others,
facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts
and answer critical questions
- Skilled in Java and Python object-oriented programming
- Experience with network automation
- Good understanding of DevOps (CI/CD)
- Cloud Automation experience (Azure or AWS)
- Experience using JIRA
- Skilled in using REST API
- Experience using APIs for developing or programming
software
- Network Engineering background
