Learn more here > Job Description: Accenture Federal Services National Security Portfolio is seeking a Project Integrator/Scrum Master to support a fast paced, innovative project located in the Reston VA area. The Project Integrator/Scrum Master will be detail oriented and a team player, be responsible for tracking user requirements, coordinate program management office actions and track/report progress to key milestones. Responsibilities include: Coordinate and support customer and end-user engagements for the integration of systems and capabilities. Collaborate with the team's Technical Lead, Project Manager, and other developers to enable mission success. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, while managing team capacity and load. Record, manage, and report team / project metrics for internal process refinement and external reporting. Analyze issues and recommend alternative solutions to customers and the operational community. Ensure deliverables maintain quality standards at the end of the sprints and PI Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience Experience eliciting and translating user requirements Experience using JIRA Project Management software Desired Skills: The Project Integrator/Scrum Master should have an understanding of requirements gathering, scheduling, budget, reporting and Agile Methodology. Demonstrated experience managing requirements in an agile environment. Demonstrated experience with program documentation activities such as creating, drafting, and reviewing documentation Demonstrated experience supporting project managers, subject matter experts, and the customers by planning projects, developing contingencies, and producing schedules. Demonstrated coordination and collaboration skills. Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries. Demonstrated experience resolving problems to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems. Security Clearance: Active U.S. government TS/SCI w/ polygraph security clearance Eligibility Requirements US Citizenship required.
