The Sr. Manager of Collaboration Product Sales leads a team of
sales professionals responsible for prospecting new business
relationships that drive collaboration product revenue for
T-Mobile.Job Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Manager of Collaboration Product Sales and their team
will be responsible for working with companies to implement new
business initiatives to drive strategic revenue in the
collaboration product space.
- Drives account planning and management to identify new
collaboration product opportunities, builds and manages a sales
funnel, closes deals and meets and exceeds sales objectives for
respective team.
- Manages the activities of individual contributors in a section
or department with accountability for goals, objectives, and
operational policies.
- Responsible for hiring, termination, performance management,
and salary decisions.
- May participate in the development of functional strategy.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Technology related discipline (Required) Work
Experience:
- 7-10 years Experience in complex solutions/applications ()
- 7-10 years Experience with negotiating and closing large
multiyear complex deals. ()
- More than 10 years Sales management, technical sales and
customer facing experience. () Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of the product line eco-system including,
infrastructure, systems, cloud, modules and platforms
(Preferred)
- Managed a sales team remotely with demonstrated success
(Preferred)
- Large account sales strategy and planning (Preferred)
- Cross functional team management, leveraging resources to
support success (Preferred)
- Solution and consultative selling methodologies (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:* At least 18 years of age* Legally
authorized to work in the United States* T-Mobile requires all

the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state
listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on
various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and
experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this
range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while
Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or
