We're looking for a system administrator who spe cia lizes in operating, deploying, or administering Linux or Unix systems to help us deploy next-generation solutions for a safer and more secure digital landscapeAs a system administrator on our project, you'll help plan, develop, and perform lab, functional, and integration testingYou'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance managementYour system administrator expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical networkYou'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaningThis is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like VMWare, Linux, Cisco, and Palo AltoWe focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologiesAs a system administration leader, you'll identify new opportunities to modernize the network so your clients achieve their goalsWork with us and resolve daily challenges as we improve the DoD's network access and application security architectureJoin usThe world can't waitYou Have:--- 5+ years of experience with designing, deploying, and providing advanced support to multi-protocol and multi-vendor IP backbone and access network equipment and solutions, including Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, HPE, or Juniper--- 5+ years of experience with operating and maintaining VMWare ESXi environments--- 3+ years of experience with operating, deploying, or administering Linux or Unix systems--- Experience with deploying and administering SD WAN solutions--- Secret clearance--- Bachelor's degree--- Ability to obtain a DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 3 months of hire Nice If You Have:--- Experience with security, routing, and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, LDP, VPLS, IPsec, STP, or L3VPNs--- Experience with applying STIGs to systems or security hardening of systems--- Experience with classified networks--- CCNA, CCNP, VMWare, Linux, JN CIA , or JNCP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
