San Francisco Bay Area | Full-Time | Onsite Compensation:
$30-$35/hour We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Project
Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will
support all aspects of hospitality project management-including
customer communication, order processing, documentation, production
tracking, and overall workflow coordination-to ensure projects run
smoothly and client expectations are met. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. While this role does not
oversee direct reports, it requires strong ownership of project
tracking, communication, and coordination activities. Key
Responsibilities: Support daily activities related to contract
account interaction, order processing, inventory allocation, and
project quoting. Coordinate requests for custom products, including
swatches, drawings, and samples. Track costs, documentation, and
updates throughout the project lifecycle. Verify product
specification sheets for accuracy and completeness. Create
production requests and monitor both domestic and overseas
production to ensure timelines are met. Provide frequent updates to
customers regarding order and project status. Maintain open quotes
and opportunities logs with periodic follow-up. Organize and
maintain electronic and paper project files. Collaborate
cross-functionally and perform other duties as assigned by
management. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a project
coordinator or similar role within a related industry. College
degree in business or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and
recommend actionable solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Highly responsive with strong
customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively with
culturally diverse teams and customers. Physical Requirements:
Office environment with moderate noise levels. Prolonged periods of
sitting and computer work. Ability to work in confined areas and
visit warehouse environments as needed. Ability to lift up to 15
lbs unassisted. Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking.
