Job Description:
ManTech, a leader in delivering high-impact, innovative
solutions for the U.S. intelligence community and federal agencies,
is seeking a Senior Application Developer. This role requires a
seasoned professional to contribute to and oversee software
development activities, ensuring alignment with national security
objectives. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced skills in
software design, development, and implementation, contributing
critically to our mission-centric projects. Design, develop, and
implement software applications aligned with critical national
security needs. Lead development teams, coordinating with project
managers and other technical teams to ensure timely delivery of
software solutions. Monitor technical performance and enhance
software to ensure robust and scalable applications. Maintain and
improve the efficiency and security of existing applications.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing flowcharts,
layouts, diagrams, and reports. Provide technical guidance and
mentorship to junior developers. Proficiency in multiple
programming languages such as Java, Python, C# or Ruby on Rails.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or
Vue.js. Strong understanding of database management and related
technologies - SQL, NoSQL. Knowledge of cybersecurity and
encryption protocols. Familiarity with agile methodologies and
development practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and
critical thinking skills. Certified Software Development
Professional (CSDP) or similar. Certification in Agile
methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
