Scrum Master LOCATION Annapolis Junction, MD 20701 CLEARANCE TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship) KEY SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help drive the success of our agile initiatives. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and guide teams toward continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines, helping to create a culture of accountability and transparency. The ideal candidate has a passion for agile practices, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to coach teams through the complexities of the Scrum framework. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Strong understanding of Scrum methodology Experience working with cross-functional teams Proven ability to remove impediments and blockers Ability to manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Commitment to continuous improvement and learning REQUIRED SKILLS Expertise in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Ability to coach and mentor team members Proficiency in facilitating sprint planning and reviews Strong organizational and time management skills Understanding of backlog management and prioritization Experience in risk management and mitigation DESIRED SKILLS Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) Familiarity with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) Experience with distributed or remote teams Ability to drive team motivation and morale Understanding of DevOps practices Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) PLUG IN to CYMERTEK - And design your future YOUR FOREVER CAREER STARTS HERE Are you looking for more than just a job?
