Position Overview The client are recruiting for a Senior Consultant who will support the critical functions for Open Source Intelligence in the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders Track and set requirements Conduct requirements verification and validation Develop and use metrics for activities and processes Support technical writing of requirements and deliverables Support development of requirements specifications Develop, implement and use requirements processes Oversee requirement change control and change notification Develop Use Cases with customer and user Evaluate requirements risk Provide training on requirements processes Required Qualifications Significant experience writing software functional requirements Demonstrated experience supporting directorate-level front office personnel. Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user need Demonstrated consulting experience.
