capabilities. Position Overview: Praescient Analytics is seeking a
Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data architecture efforts
across the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise portfolio. This
role is responsible for designing, modernizing, and governing
mission-aligned data architectures that support secure software
systems, advanced analytics, and enterprise decision-making across
cloud, hybrid, and distributed environments. The ideal candidate
brings deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge of Army
enterprise systems, and the ability to translate complex mission
requirements into authoritative, compliant, and future-ready data
architectures. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain
enterprise data architectures, logical and physical data models,
and integration strategies supporting ARNG mission systems and
analytics platforms. Design and manage enterprise data structures,
schemas, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and
authoritative data sources. Lead data modernization initiatives
that transition systems from “as-is” to “to-be” architectures
across cloud, hybrid, and distributed environments. Drive
architecture development aligned with Agile, DevSecOps, PDLC, SDLC,
and applicable DoD and Army standards. Oversee data engineering
activities, automated information exchanges, database modernization
efforts, and enterprise data quality, cleansing, and validation
initiatives. Establish and manage end-to-end data lifecycle
processes, including ingestion, transformation, storage,
governance, and retirement. Support ERP modernization and
transitions, integrating data architectures across enterprise
business and operational systems. Apply domain expertise across
Army Force Management, PPBE, GFM-DI, and enterprise modeling and
simulation initiatives. Lead enterprise data governance,
compliance, and cybersecurity alignment, incorporating RMF
requirements, DoDAF standards, STIG/CVM guidance, and auditability
artifacts. Design secure data integration patterns, cross-domain
synchronization approaches, and enterprise-wide performance, cost,
schedule, and quality metrics. Direct development of data feeds,
correlation logic, and information exchange services supporting
SOC, CIRT, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and
defensive cyber operations. Required Qualifications: Minimum 10
years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data
engineering, or large-scale data systems. Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related
field. Active TS/SCI clearance (required) Demonstrated experience
designing and modernizing enterprise data architectures in DoD or
federal environments. Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps,
SDLC/PDLC methodologies. Experience with cloud and hybrid
architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, or equivalent government cloud
environments). Working knowledge of RMF, DoDAF, STIGs, CVM, and DoD
cybersecurity and compliance requirements. Experience supporting
secure data integration, cross-domain solutions, and enterprise
governance frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Experience
supporting ARNG, Army G-6, or other Army enterprise organizations.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Force Management, PPBE, or GFM-DI
data environments. Experience supporting SOC, CIRT, or cyber
