Preferred Qualifications: * Functional expertise and hands on experience as a software developer, software engineer, or security engineer with knowledge for applying these skills to cloud, data and analytics, cyber security, intelligence analysis and targeting, and telecommunications mission challenges * Experience with Oracle technologies including the applicability and usage of these technologies by customers * Passion for technology, the curiosity and willingness to constantly learn new skills, work with new tools and discover new and innovative approaches to solving complex technical challenges * Hands on experience as a DBA, preferably with Oracle technologies * Understanding of security principals related to networking, data security, and cloud security * The ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and, vice versa, translate functional needs to technical solutions * Experience as a government civilian, through the military (reserve or veteran), or as a contractor in the Defense, Military Intelligence Or Intelligence Community Our environment not only encourages you to learn new, emerging technologies to expand your skill set; it also provides you with opportunity to share your knowledge with our team of elite professionals. Skill or experience in any of the following technologies is highly desired : * Oracle Advance Security Option * Oracle Transparent Data Encryption * Oracle RAC * Oracle ASM * Linux or Solaris experience Experience with any of the following is an added bonus: * Shell scripting (e.g. bash) * Perl, Python, Java * Ansible, Chef, or Puppet * Oracle Database Vault * Oracle Label Security * PL/SQL * Experience with Xacta * Migration and/or upgrade experience from Oracle 11 to Oracle 12 OCP DBA or OCM DBA DOD 8570.01M Certification Experience with Risk Management Framework/ICD 503 accreditation process & documentation Required Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI * Preferred 4-12 years of technical experience relevant to this position and 2-4 years consulting experience * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred * Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus * Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients * Ability to travel as needed Detailed Description and Job Requirements An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 4-12years of experience relevant to this position including 2-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed .
