Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Production Workers – Red Lion, PA Great starting pay • Entry-level • Room to grow About the Job Join a fast?paced production team on 1st , 2nd or 3rd shift assembling flooring and ceiling products. Work with hand tools and a tape measure, follow simple instructions, and lift up to 35–40 lbs throughout your shift. Training on additional machinery is available after hire. What You’ll Do Assemble and inspect parts to meet quality standards Operate basic equipment and learn new machines over time Complete simple production and quality paperwork Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures What You Need High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) Ability to read/follow instructions Comfortable lifting 35–40 lbs repeatedly Basic hand tool & measurement skills (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Nice to Have Experience with hand/power tools Machine operation experience a plus Work Environment Clean, organized facilities with steady production. Must wear long pants, short sleeves, and steel-toe shoes. Opportunities for overtime available. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Red Lion, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
