Job Location: Timberville, VA Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $21.10/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room Set up and tear down machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and ability to operate mobile powered equipment Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales Ability to operate the IPFS system Ability to perform multiple tasks Work on the production line as needed Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product ingredients Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be able to lift 50lbs Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone Must have good basic math and reading skills Preferred Qualifications Previous production/farm experience Work history in the past 12 months Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
