Job Description:

Our team is looking to add an Operations Support Officer to support an existing Program Management Office with the financial data and project management tasks. This position will support OCONUS ops, and will work overnight hours.

Project:

We're supporting a customer who has a fast-paced and exciting mission within the intelligence community. The Operations Support Officer will work directly with the technical operations branches, acting as a trusted agent. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, understands the operational tempo, and can make things happen! The right person will have experience working with the military, ideally within the IC. Possible tasks include coordinating cables, providing logistical support such as tech deployment, supporting the desk officers and analysts, and coordinating operations.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:

You will sit on-site, alongside the customer, helping to support and manage their projects.

You will keep the technical operations branches on track and running smoothly!

You will organize and coordinate mission critical tasks for the branch such as cables, operational and tech deployment, and logistics tracking.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the DOD/IC community.

You will provide briefings to senior government officials via written reports and oral presentations.

You will research and resolve ad hoc problems.

At times, you may need to work odd hours to support OCONUS operations.

Required Qualifications:

Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.

Requires 3 years of relevant experience in the DOD / IC.

Requires Bachelors degree in business administration, management or related field. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Desired Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft Excel experience, with proficiency in all of MS Office.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.
