We are currently looking for a Director of Strategic Capture
to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director, Strategic Capture will lead and win new business
pursuits and critical re-competes involving opportunities within
the US Federal civilian and DoD agencies and to support business
development strategy and operations activities.
Focus on market intelligence and analysis to support opportunity
capture and business growth across the federal government.
Be responsible for leading pursuits and supporting Business
Intelligence activities for CTEC’s Portfolio Acceleration Councils
(6PAC) and other applicable policies and procedures.
Fill the business development pipeline by engaging with
prospects, partners, and key customers.
Develop relationships with government customers to be informed
of potential new and growth opportunities.
Provide critical leadership from early capture strategy
development through the post-submission phases of the 6PAC. The
Director, Strategic Capture will formulate, communicate, and
implement an integrated capture and proposal strategy that provides
customers with a clear and defendable justification for selecting
Develop and implement capture plans, and strategies; will have a
firm comprehension of the customer’s requirements, hot buttons, and
issues; understand the strengths/weaknesses of our competitors; and
will develop/implement winning strategies that highlight strengths
and mitigate weaknesses.
Manages strategic bids including IDIQs, and full and open bids,
and lead at times, corresponding
Establish value-added teaming strategies and competitive winning
ingredients to the capture process.
Prepare and present opportunity pipeline, capture, and teaming
strategy briefings for CTEC
portfolios governed by the 6PAC model.
