(BL) leaders to develop our solutions strategy across each business
line as well as IDEMIA North America to drive significant growth.
Work with the SVP BD and BL leaders to develop and refine go to
market strategy and winning technical solutions. Manage the
pre-sales engineers and sales solutions architects for Federal,
State and Local and Commercial across North America. Performance
evaluations will be based on individual and team success in:
Develop our solutions strategy across each business line as well
as IDEMIA North America to drive significant growth
Develop and refine go to market strategy across IDEMIA North
America and within each Business Line
Develop winning technical solutions for all competitive bids
Be seen as a thought leader in Industry DUTIES AND
Develop, refine a comprehensive and simple solutions strategy

Work with SVP BD and Business Line leaders to develop and refine
effective go to market sales strategies that leads to significant
growth in new business
Make a major impact on pre-sales and solutions sales for
Federal, State and Local and Commercial accounts across North
Be an industry and customer technical advocate for IDEMIA N.A.
and be viewed as a technical industry leader by customers, peers
Deliver outstanding technical solutions for customers
Mentoring team members to ensure they each delivery outstanding
service and developing annual learning plans to ensure they stay on
top of their markets
Coordinate with CTO and Product management to ensure alignment
with customer demand and evolving customer needs across all N.A.
Provides input and insight to ensure optimal delivery (and
identify potential up-sell opportunities) on current major programs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
15+ years of related experience
Detailed knowledge of the Federal contracting process and
demonstrated working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition
Experience building and leading a sales solutions team of at
least 10 staff for a minimum of 3 years
Experience driving significant new growth for Federal
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
