Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret SCI + PolygraphJob Family: Business AdministrationThe successful candidate will support program operations by greeting, welcoming new employees and visitors. Visitors will need to be checked in and out, and be provided with the appropriate badge and FOB. The candidate will maintain security and situational awareness, assist with visitor control, maintain phone lists and inventory of assets. The preferred candidate must be willing to learn new skills, accept new duties and support a dynamic work environment. Lastly, the candidate must be flexible with hours to support the needs of the mission.Required :Provide necessary support during core hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility needed to provide support earlier or later at times, and flexibility with escorting cleaning crew 2-3 days per weekCoordinates with other security team members leave, breaks and lunches to ensure coverage is available for program personnel during the hours of 8am-4pm Monday through FridayRegisters all visitors, issues appropriate badge(s), and escorts them when necessaryNotifies accounts payable parties when invoices and bills have been receivedAccepts and signs for deliveriesSubmits building and maintenance requests such as light replacements, carpet cleaning etc.Orders and stocks cabinets with suppliesAssists with badge renewals as necessaryAbility to perform duties of the security team in their absence such as processing visit requests, checking in new employees (issuing FOBs and badges), and follows proper procedures with sensitive materialsWe are GDIT.
