Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCACI is seeking a Proposal Writer with the knowledge and experience to work with a pursuit team to contribute to the evaluation of requirements, planning, and creation of winning proposals and orals presentations. In this role you will work closely with Capture, Solution Architect and Proposal Managers to lead the development pursuit artifacts including but not limited to Management, Technical, and Past Performance volumes.Expertise should include large-scale (+$500M) proposal development with familiarity and expertise in Intelligence Community Proposals and transition, staffing, FEDSIM procurement models, and/or Agile methodologies. What Youll Get to Do:Working for the Capture and Solution Architect Team on specific pursuits you have an opportunity to contribute to the developing the winning proposal strategy by leading compliant proposal volumes and refining themes and discriminators. Must be able to write clear, persuasive, compliant, and compelling proposal sections/volumesMust be able to conceptualize complex graphics to communicate disparate management and technical information in a concise mannerMust thoroughly understand the Ministry of Compliance and the importance of document architecture and integrationMust work with Proposal Operations, functional, and line contributors to clearly define and articulate CACIs solution and strategy, win themes, and discriminators.Research, organize, write, edit, and produce technical data for major proposals, White Papers and Requests for Information (RFIs).Apply journalistic skills to subject matter by interviewing program managers and other management and technical and subject matter experts, attending meetings, and researching online sources and other substantive source material to write technical proposal materials.Develop oral presentation slide content and work with orals teams to refine presentationsYoull Bring These Qualifications:A current TS/SCI clearance (desired)Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Journalism, English, Business, information technology or related field3-5 years of related Federal proposal writing experience in a government contracting environment for multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals ranging in value from $75M to $1B+What We Can Offer You:- Weve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.- Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.- We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.- We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nations highest priorities.- For over 55 years, the principles of CACIs unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.
