As a part of the long-term vision, the Senior Digital Process Architect will play an integral role across both our business functions and technology capabilities. The Senior Digital Process Architect will be relied on to understand MAXIMUS' existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve or replace those processes through the use of various cutting edge technology. Residing within the Citizen Experience (CX) team, this role will focus on the delivery and expansion of digital capabilities such as mobile applications, websites, virtual agents, and more.Job Responsibility:As a key leader within this organization, the Senior Digital Process Architect is responsible for delivering digital transformation results and also serving as the lead Process Architect on a project-by-project basis. Success within this role will be measured upon digital benefits delivered and cost to deliver them. The Senior Digital Process Architect will understand the needs of the business, capabilities of digital products, and will groom and prioritize the digital backlog to ensure maximum ROI is delivered to digital customers. They will also define and support continuous improvement of the methodologies, processes, and tools used to deliver digital transformation at MAXIMUS. JobSummaryEssential Duties andResponsibilities:- Lead the collaboration with business stakeholder to identify and document the system level requirements that solution the business requirements.- Analyze and manage the business process flows and updates to system process flows and requirements.- Work with the project team to understand how the present and future business needs may impact the solution.- Define functional and non-functional requirements and work with the project team to prioritize release scope.- Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations to support the proposed solution. - Actively participate in the creation of design specifications, user manuals, release notes, end-user training materials and general system documentation by analyzing business needs and creating or updating systems requirements.- Review, update and maintain requirements documents based on peer reviews and scope changes.- Actively participate in issue triage sessions by evaluating against existing requirements and determine outcome and priority.- Report status to team and take action where appropriate.- Support and contribute to theRequirementsDevelopment standard practices and procedures.- Coordinate and lead project peer reviews to ensure that requirements development methodologies are followed and the artifact content supports the scoped changes. - Identify anomalies and ensure that they are maintained through closure.- Assist with basic back end configuration changes or data preparation.- Work with the development team during the design phase to clarify use cases and/or requirements. - Work with the testing team during test preparation and execution to clarify use cases and acceptance criteria. - Participate in systems testing activities and in some cases, UAT activities.MinimumRequirements:- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.- Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
