Microsoft Digital Advisors bring expertise, commitment and
resources to drive a program of change to build an organization's
digital capabilities. They guide organizations as they reimagine
and transform citizen engagements, employee experiences, business
models and operations. Microsoft Digital Advisors work with
customer teams to guide organizations through their digital
journey. As the team designs, it refines ideas, identifies
dependencies, and eliminates roadblocks. The team continuously
delivers innovation as this process, supported by the customer's
digital culture and platform, goes from its first success to an
embedded, systematic approach that delivers the value of the
Digital Advisors bring their expertise, as well as Microsoft's
vast resources, experience and innovation, to empower organizations
to reach their digital aspirations. The Digital Advisor is a key
Enterprise Services role in demand generation through partnership
with Account teams.

- 10+ years industry expertise in digital transformation and
modernization, supporting DoD customers
- Experience applying information technology solutions to complex
Our Digital Advisors know their customer's business, the markets
in which they operate, and how Microsoft can help them drive their
digital transformation. The broad scope of responsibility of this
role requires a strong understanding of both business and
technology strategy, change management, and a principled approach
to broad digital transformational challenges and opportunities.
Digital Advisors also share a common set of characteristics -
including executive presence, creativity, strong leadership and
exceptional people skills - and bring the experience that drive
innovation and customer value:
- Thought leader with significant experience working with C-level
executives and other Business Decision Makers (BDMs)
- Exceptional, executive-level presence and interpersonal,
verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate
interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
- Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a
business and technology perspective
- Broad understanding of technology, particularly current and
emerging digital solutions
- Experience managing technology-enabled business change within
the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense sectors.
- Business aptitude and industry expertise relevant to Public
Sector customers. Healthcare experience is of interest.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic
operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire
new skills and drive for results
- Consistent record of delivering business value by bringing the
benefits of technology to transform business
- Ability to conceptualize, launch and plan the delivery of
digital-enabled business change projects

with a preference for depth in Cloud, IoT,

- Fluent in English language
- The DC, Maryland and Virginia areas are preferred.
The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Citizenship
Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship
to meet federal government security requirements.
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top
Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information
(SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with
Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government
security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure
to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance
and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment
