organizations, IDSs drive a program of change to build the digital
business. As an IDS, you will guide organizations in Health OEM and
Tier 1 to create an aspirational plan that formalizes their digital
vision. Your ability to develop trusted relationships with business
leaders, to help them think about their business and customers in
the context of digital possibilities and collaborate on a vision to

What does an Industry Digital Strategist do?
+ Engage with C-level executives at our most strategic
+ Drive innovation and setup deal structures aligned to the
specific deal with associated economics
+ Align to and provide support to deal team to get deals
+ Help create the customer's digital business strategy - You
guide customers as they re-imagine and document their digital
+ Lead the Dream Team - You lead the creation and orchestration
of a digital transformation unit that includes the Microsoft and
customer team to help make it happen
+ Enable Continuous Innovation - You ensure that the
organization creates an ongoing capability that will continue the
digital transformation process throughout the company
+ Do you have 5+ years of strategy experience with BDM CxO
+ Do you have Hands on leadership experience leading
organizations toward digital transformation?
+ Do you have 5+ years of strategic consulting experience?
**The broad scope of responsibility of this role requires a
solid capability in business development (see and structure the
deal), consulting (put steps in place to get to the deal), sales
(sell the deal). In addition, this role requires strong leadership
and people skills.**
**The Industry Digital Strategists share a common set of
characteristics and bring the experience that will drive innovation
and customer value leveraging the following:**
+ Experience with defining and reframing organizational three
+ Expience developing economic business cases.
+ Strong professional experience in a major business
+ 10-15 years' experience working in/with the Health
+ Broad understanding of the industry, including current and
emerging Digital Solutions, and experience managing large scale
business change programs within one or more vertical industries
(i.e., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Public
+ Executive presence, including ability to hold CXO level
discussions, and executive-level, exceptional interpersonal,
verbal, written and presentation skills.
+ Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate
interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers.
+ Track record of turning key relationships into durable "paid"
engagements or contracts for products and/or services.
+ Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a
business and technology perspective.
+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic
operational execution and delivery, including the coordination of
+ Consistent record of delivering business value, by bringing
the benefits of technology to transform their business.
+ Ability to conceptualize, launch and plan the delivery of
digital-enabled business change projects.
+ Passion for technology, business, market trends and,
specifically, the Customer.
+ Business development experience of structuring, negotiating
and supporting complex deals (both at customer and internally)
+ Ability to become an advocate for Microsoft's vision and value
proposition, and diverse offerings, by conceptualizing, planning
and leading implementation/adoption of Microsoft technologies.
+ Recognized innovator with strong storytelling abilities to
inspire growth mindset for the teams and the customers.
+ Fluency in English languages.
