Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced digital media professional to plan display, OLV, audio and social campaigns. This role will serve as a digital storyteller, translating business objectives into media strategies and communicating results as a compelling narrative to business stakeholders.

Reporting into the Sr Manager, Programmatic Planning & Strategy, you'll be responsible for owning the day-to-day planning for T-Mobile's programmatic media campaigns. In particular, your focus will be in conducting the quarterly or ad-hoc media planning for campaigns inclusive of establishing the appropriate benchmarks or KPIs, coordinating platform partnerships across LOBs, and setting learning agendas. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with digital planning across channels and collaborating closely with activation teams.

While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing planning experience (for programmatic display/OLV/audio and/or paid social) whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform
  • Experience in programmatic media buying a plus

  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting
  • Familiarity with the adtech industry, inventory and programmatic media platform landscape
  • Polished presentation and communication skills demonstrated through both written (reports, whitepapers, etc.) and visual (slide decks) formats
  • Experience in planning a range of campaigns across a range of products, goals, and target audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from end to end and coordinating resources to support in the successful and timely delivery
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment

  • Four-year college degree required
  • Support the development of T-Mobile's holistic digital advertising strategy to best align broader business objectives with the latest technology and trends in the industry, with a particular focus on bringing together a cohesive audience and inventory strategy to minimize overlap and maximize impact
  • Adhere to and advise on improvements processes to ensure the appropriate target benchmarks and buying guardrails are applied and communicated for programmatic media investments
  • Implement and support the DCO strategy to maintain a best-in-class dynamic creative execution rooted in data and performance
  • Support the delivery of highly-polished presentations to senior business and marketing stakeholders
